These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of www.handmadeatheart.com, purchases from Handmade at Heart, and any related services offered through our Shopify-powered store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and personalization

Our products are customized based on the information, photos, names, dates, messages, and options submitted by customers. You are responsible for reviewing personalization details before checkout. Product previews, mockups, colors, and sizing may vary slightly from the final physical item because of screen settings, materials, and production methods.

Customer content

By uploading photos, artwork, text, names, or other materials, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for a custom product. You grant Handmade at Heart and its production partners permission to use the content solely as needed to process, produce, fulfill, support, and improve your order.

Orders, pricing, and availability

We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit orders where required for fraud prevention, inventory issues, production constraints, pricing errors, policy violations, or other operational reasons. Prices, promotions, product details, and availability may change without notice.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged-item resolutions are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Because personalized items are made to order, some orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after production begins.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful. We may reject or cancel orders containing prohibited content.

Intellectual property

The Handmade at Heart name, site content, product layouts, photographs, graphics, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Handmade at Heart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, product delays, or order issues. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.
